We strongly recommend this winter hat by hand in cold water to wash. This is the only way to keep your AD.M Merino wool product that stays beautiful for longer and retains its structure.
Please also note:
- do not use fabric softener
- do not bleach
- do not treat with solvents
- If necessary, iron gently (not too hot!)
- Do not tumble dry
We include washing instructions with every product that explain the perfect care for your polo shirt step by step.
Don't worry, this happens from time to time and is completely normal. This is what is known as pilling. These are excess fibers that migrate to the surface of the garment.

How does shipping work?
Deliveries are carried out by the Swiss Post and by A mail (Priority) sent.
The costs for packaging and postage in the amount of CHF 9.50 are free of charge for purchases of more than CHF 99. If this purchase amount is not reached, the postage costs will be borne by the customer.
If you are not satisfied with the product or the size does not fit, we ask that you return the product unused in the original packaging along with the enclosed and completed return form within 10 days send back to the following address:
