Right of withdrawal & returns

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?

Switzerland and Lichtenstein:
If you are not satisfied with the product or the size does not fit, you can return the product within 10 days along with the return form to the following address:

Germany:
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to orders to Germany. You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period generally begins on the day on which you or a person named by you received the goods.

You can submit your revocation electronically via our customer accounts. To do this, click on “request cancellation/return” in your customer account: TO THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

Our cancellation policy and our general terms and conditions apply to the details on exercising the right of cancellation.

WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I RETURN?

Switzerland and Lichtenstein:
If the item is returned correctly, the amount to be refunded will generally be refunded to you via the same payment method used to make the original payment.

Germany:
In the event of an effective cancellation, we will refund the payments received in accordance with the legal provisions. In the event of a complete cancellation, this generally also includes the costs of the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

For the repayment, we generally use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We can refuse repayment in accordance with legal regulations until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back.

WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE COSTS?

Switzerland and Lichtenstein:
Return postage will be paid by AD.M accepted using the return label provided. If the purchase amount falls below CHF 99.00 after any returns, the shipping costs of CHF 9.50 will be borne by the customer.

Germany:
The customer bears the direct costs of the return.

For returns from Germany, an address from AD.M The return label provided can be used. When using this return label, the return shipping costs to be borne by the customer are: EUR 19.00. This amount will be offset against the amount to be refunded.

Alternatively, you can organize the return yourself and send it to the return address provided by us at your own expense. In this case no EUR 19.00 will be charged for the AD.M-Return label charged.

In the case of justified complaints due to a defect, the statutory warranty rights apply; The above regulation regarding the costs of a normal cancellation return does not apply here.

IN WHAT CONDITION SHOULD THE GOODS BE RETURNED?

Please treat the goods carefully and, if possible, send them back complete and in the original packaging.

Applies to Germany: The statutory right of withdrawal does not depend on the goods being returned unused or in the original packaging. You may examine the goods as necessary to determine their nature, properties and functionality.

Compensation for value can be demanded in accordance with the legal requirements for any loss of value that occurs as a result of handling the goods beyond this scope.

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have received a damaged, faulty or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and describe the defect found.

The defect is caused by AD.M checked. If there is a legitimate defect, further processing will take place in accordance with the applicable statutory warranty provisions.

Depending on the case, a replacement delivery, repair, price reduction or refund may be considered.

The customer's statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
