1. VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The general terms and conditions are based on Swiss law and apply both within Switzerland and for deliveries abroad for all business relationships resulting from the online shop (www.adm-fashion.com) as well as for those purchases where AD.M These terms and conditions are declared applicable. The dispatch of the AD.M Products are delivered exclusively within Switzerland. These terms and conditions do not apply to purchases made in AD's retail stores.M Changes and side agreements are only valid if made by AD.M must be confirmed in writing. // The terms and conditions can be obtained from AD.M These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice. 2. OFFER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

Confirming and sending the order in the online shop constitutes an offer to AD.M to conclude a purchase contract. Orders via email, fax, etc. cannot be accepted. The customer is bound to their offer for 30 days. Confirmation of the order by AD.M does not constitute acceptance of the offer. A purchase contract is only concluded once the goods are dispatched to the customer after receipt of payment or with an invoice by handing them over to the delivery company (normally the Swiss Post). Technical specifications, errors, and misprints are subject to change without notice. // Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.Packaging and postage costs of CHF 9.50 are waived for purchases of CHF 99 or more. MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on account." With a single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not pay within the specified timeframe, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month. Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment processing. 4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIME

Order processing and warehousing at AD.M These events are organized in cooperation with ESPAS. ESPAS is a foundation for the economic and social integration of people with mental or physical disabilities. It is managed according to sound business principles and offers professional services. // Delivery takes place after payment for the goods by credit card or PayPal. Orders on account are delivered without payment details. Payment processing for these orders is handled by POWERPAY (see Terms and Conditions, Section 3). // The customer has no right to refuse partial deliveries. // Delivery usually takes place within one to three business days after receipt of payment, or, in the case of cash on delivery or payment by invoice, after receipt of the order. Fixed delivery dates must be confirmed by AD.M Their validity must be expressly confirmed in writing. Emails fulfill the requirement of written form.

5. TRANSPORT DAMAGE

Benefit and risk pass to AD upon handover of the goods.M The risk is transferred to the customer by the delivery company commissioned by the customer. // The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects in writing. If the package is damaged, the customer must also notify the delivery company immediately. If the customer fails to report the damage within 7 days of receipt of the goods, the goods are deemed to be free of defects and the delivery is deemed to be approved.

6. WARRANTY

AD.M undertakes to exercise due care and generally delivers goods of good quality. // In the event of defects in the delivered goods, ADM is entitled to repair or replace the goods. If repair or replacement cannot be provided, the customer may demand rescission or a reduction in price in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations. // Any refund will always be made using the same payment method used for payment. // Defects caused by AD are excluded from the warranty.M is not responsible for, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, interventions by the customer or third parties, excessive use or extreme environmental influences as well as other comparable causes.
